Na-REDUKTEAN Clean Label

Na-REDUKTEAN Clean Label is a natural mineral salt with a high content of potassium chloride. NaCl and KCl grains are crystallized together. This sodium-reduction solution is suitable for Clean Labelling of food products. Labelling: “light-sodium salt”.

Na-REDUKTEAN Clean Label allows to reduce 40% sodium in food products.

Due to the high content of potassium chloride in our salt, a certain metallic or bitter taste can appear in some end products. In order to give our customers the best results in taste and flavour we offer a solution with a natural flavouring added.

Easy to use: 1:1 substitution of common salt in the recipes or formulas.

Na-REDUKTEAN Blended

Na-REDUKTEAN Blended salts are dry manufactured compounds based on sodium chloride and potassium chloride.

A natural flavouring is added to the salt in order to erase the bitterness of the potassium chloride. These salts offer a very efficient sodium reduction solution with excellent results in flavour, texture and shelf life, over -50% sodium reduction and up to 100% sodium substitution.

Our product has been tested in-lab and in industrial conditions with a wide range of producers in different markets and in different food categories. Excellent results given in various categories like bakery, meat, ham, patés, fish derivates, snacks, sauces, ready meals & dairies.
